I was just playing around with some stuff and such on SAI. And I got this. I'm actually pretty fond of it, the shading went well, the pose works and the bg was easy random lines 
so... I wonder who said what to get Flugel in that kind of mood. Poor folks.. your not going to last much longer if you keep going on like that.

Okay, first off, the general drawing is well done, and I don't see any off anatomy, or major mistakes. The shading looks great, and the drawing contrasts with the background, making the drawing itself pop out.
The drawing also fits the words, and makes you wonder who really did get Flugel mad. XD I wouldn't want to be that person...
And lastly, the background. Like I mentioned before, it makes Flugel pop out, and while it is a simple background, it does effectively work well here. Whether you meant it or not, the red does emphasize the whole "angry" theme well too...
